T on Tuesday

As I actually have some crafting to show, the first for such a long time, I thought I would pop over and join Elizabeth for T on Tuesday! This is my desk with my cup of tea and a little photo album I am making for my Mum.... here's hoping the mojo is here to stay for a while!
These are the Christmas cards I made at the crop in Aberdeen on Saturday.  I had a lovely day with the group of crafties/scrapbookers and it was just what I needed to get me back to playing in my scraproom.
This is card one and there was some fussy cutting and inking and stamping and I love the way it turned out .
This looks so much prettier in real life, little glitter shiny bits on the trees and snow, will definitely be making more like these if I can!
This is an easel card and I love that stamp with the sleigh and reindeer going across the moonlight.
This was such fun to make, acetate behind the window and a little cut out snowman peaking with stamped trees and some glitter in the background.

Now, don't be expecting this standard of Christmas card from me at home, I haven't the dies or stamps I got to use at the card class but at least I can use the ideas and have a go with things I do have.  Watch this space!

  1. Oh they are all lovely, missing your creative posts but know my own has taken a back seat over recent months and I'm only just getting back into the zone as it were!

  2. Oh golly Annette. I am SO happy you are back and decided to join T this week. I have missed YOU and your lovely crafting for so long. Your cards are lovely, but they sure look labor intensive. I'm sure you can create some that are similar at home, especially the snowman behind the window.

Your tea looks really "proper" today and I like that you chose to bring it to your craft room. Thanks for rejoining us with your gorgeous cards and photo album for T this Tuesday.

  4. Your crafting space looks just the job and I am uber impressed with your cards. I can't believe we live so 'close' to each other; I am only about 80 miles from you, on this side of Inverness :D
Looking forward to seeing more cards from you. Happy T Day :D

  5. So lovely to have you back Annette and it looks like you have been busy.
Love all your makes - for someone who always says they "don't do cards" you make a wonderful job of it.

  6. Hello and welcome back! Happy T Day! YAY for tea and crafts, they go well together. Lovely holiday cards, each one different and special. I like a variety of holiday cards when I send them out.
I agree with Elizabeth too, they do look like a lot of labor but so much love goes in them also. Enjoy whatever you come with next.
Thanks for sharing and have a good week.

  7. How fancy! I imagine making these was a lot of fun, and I'll bet you'll enjoy adapting the ideas to your own supplies. The cards remind me of vintage ones I've seen from long ago. Happy T Tuesday :)

  12. Great cards! Yes, that is the advantage of going to a crop: you can use other people's stamps and dies.
Thanks for sharing and for visiting me already earlier

  19. I was just jumping round my 'favourites' and came across you again, I thought you'd gone but here you're back!! Nice to see you again. I've closed my blog for now, I ran out of things to say!! People who know me will be very surprised by that lol. Your cards are lovely and remind me I intended to get a start on making some for this year, I always leave it till the last minute then have to do something really really simple. I got a nice new stamp recently so I'll now go and dig it out with a view to actually using it rather than just 'keeping' it! I look forward to seeing what else you come up with. x

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment, it is truly appreciated - sort of confirms that it is more than my Mum and husband that read this thing! :)
